About Us
The Cedaredge Community Garden is now in its 16th growing season.

The purpose of the Cedaredge Community Garden Association is to build community by creating organic gardens
and to help preserve the agricultural history of the Surface Creek Valley.

The Community Garden utilizes sound, scientific horticultural practices appropriate to our region.
We choose to use organic gardening methods, wise use of water, and develop a strong partnership with the natural world
as we grow produce that nourishes our members and the community.
Our Mission
To create a sustainable community food project involved in growing and distributing healthy food, providing healthy activities to our members, and assisting in the beautification of our community by rehabilitating parcels of land to develop local farming opportunities.
